Adam is a Vice President at Cordatus Capital. His responsibilities include evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments. Prior to joining Cordatus, Adam worked as an investment banking analyst at FMI Capital Advisors, focusing on M&A advisory in the Energy Services & Equipment sector.

Adam received a B.B.A in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from Texas A&M University.

Danny is a Vice President at Cordatus. Prior to joining Cordatus, Danny worked as a Senior Associate at Skylark Private Equity Partners. Prior to Skylark, Danny worked as an Associate at ORIX in their Private Equity Solutions group.

Danny received a B.B.A. in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

David is a Vice President at Cordatus. Prior to joining Cordatus in 2018, David helped establish the Dallas office of Headwaters MB as a Senior Associate in the Special Situations and Energy groups. Earlier in his career, David worked for a boutique merchant bank in New York.

David received a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and earned his designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Fred is an Operating Partner at Cordatus Capital. Before joining Cordatus in 2021, Fred held executive-level positions in manufacturing and logistics businesses and worked as a consultant, specializing in process improvement, systematization, and automation.

Fred received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and has an MBA from the University of Redlands.

Grant is an Associate at Cordatus Capital. His responsibilities include evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments. Prior to joining Cordatus, Grant worked as an Associate at Trinity Hunt Partners, focusing on M&A and value creation in the Commercial Services sector.

Grant received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the Louisiana State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Prior to forming Cordatus in 2012, Kevin was the CEO of OryonTechnologies, A Tech Titans Emerging Company Innovation winner. Kevin was also previously the CEO of Tic Toc and the President of Case Dunlap, divisions of the Omnicom Group.

Kevin has held various management and executive positions in the areas of marketing and sales with Frito-Lay Inc after starting his business career as a financial analyst with Salomon Brothers, Inc.

Kevin received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
