Cordatus is led by a seasoned investment and operations team, with extensive experience investing and building value within lower middle-market companies.
David is a Vice President of Cordatus Capital. Prior to joining Cordatus in 2018, David worked for Headwaters MB helping to start the Dallas office.
He was a Senior Associate in the Special Situations and Energy groups. Prior to that he worked for a boutique merchant bank in New York. He is a CFA Charterholder and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance.
Prior to forming Cordatus in 2012, Kevin was the CEO of OryonTechnologies, A Tech Titans Emerging Company Innovation winner. He was also previously the CEO of Tic Toc and the President of Case Dunlap, divisions of the Omnicom Group.
Kevin has held various management and executive positions in the areas of marketing and sales with Frito-Lay Inc after starting his business career as a financial analyst with Salomon Brothers, Inc.
Kevin has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
Fred is the Operations Partner of Cordatus Capital. Prior to joining Cordatus in 2021, Fred has held executive level positions at manufacturing and logistics businesses and worked as a Consultant focused on the fields of process improvement, systemization and automation.
He is a registered Professional Engineer, has an MBA from the University of Redlands and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a BS in Industrial Engineering.
Adam is an Analyst at Cordatus Capital. His responsibilities include evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments. Prior to joining Cordatus, Adam worked as an investment banking analyst at FMI Capital Advisors focusing on M&A advisory in the Energy Services & Equipment sector.
He graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management.
